For now it’s a 3 star but I’m hopeful
Since I started taking Hairburst chewable tablets (5 months ago) I noticed a massive improvement with hair loss, I was losing far less hair in the shower and when brushing, which is positive. However my nails started feeling very weak.
In terms of hair growth I can’t say I’ve noticed much of an improvement yet but I still hold hope and will continue to take for a while. I’m on a mission to have long and healthy hair and so have taken a number of steps to help me try to achieve this (only wash twice a week, silk pillowcase, regular trims, no colouring, very little styling, boar bristle brush before bed, head massager, conditioning mask once week etc.)

I spent £100 thinking the shampoo & conditioner would be worth it for the price & would work wonders!! & reading some good reviews about it..Well I thought wrong ever since I've used it my hair is ridiculously falling out in clumps and I mean RIDICULOUSLY & wont stop snapping ?? never seen anything like it , not to mention how dried out it's made my hair I've used a good selection of affordable shampoos in my life & never experienced this , really annoyed not gonna lie as I'm out of pocket & left with ruined hair.? also the vitamins state that you get 60 in I only got 58!!!? not to mention I cant take the vitamin tablets as I threw it back up as they was horrid! The taste and smell is NASTY!?? so really I'm left with nothing yet you cant sort it out you just ask me stupid questions whats not even got anything to do with the problem I'm having , to be honest just want my money back or even half of my money as its alot of money to be wasted for nothing!.

My hair wasn't healthy and wasn't growing but since using hairburst my hair is more healthier and its growing
The Hairburst capsules taste really bad
I have been using the hair burst capsules for the past month. I haven’t seen any differences to my hair but maybe that’s because I’m struggling to take these consistently everyday due to the bad taste. These capsules smell and taste really bad.
I will be buying and trying the gummy’s next to see if consistent use will make a difference to hair growth.

Very Poor customer service
Very Poor customer service. I ordered the hairburst gummies which were on buy one get one free - order date 23 November. Did not recieve my order despite DPD saying the did deliver- They did not. I have contacted via email and tik tok , eventually got a response advising they would send me the gummies for free, however this never happened either. I have contacted several times after this with no response. I now want a refund for my order and will not purchase from hairburst again. Very very poor service

Subscribed for 3 month supply and received one
Can someone from the support team contact me please I’ve sent 3 emails since this review and the response below and still no response to my request for the missing products that I paid for.
I joined a subscription for 3 months supply and was to review a free gift upon joining
I received one months supply of vitamins and a shampoo and conditioner
I assumed that the shampoo and conditioner were in fact the free gift up to the value of £25 and that my other two months supply would arrive later (month on month) however I have now run out of the first months supply and when I sent an email asking where the other two months supply was I was advised to send a picture of what I received and the box I received it in.
This was over a month ago and I have been advised that I should have questioned this when the products arrived. Had I known that they don’t arrive month by month I would have emailed immediately.
I feel disappointed at the response and have asked for the other two months supply of vitamins or a refund of two months.
It’s too early to see any effect as yet and unless I receive what I have paid for £77of vitamins up front, I won’t know if the product would have worked or not.

Appalling non existent customer service
Been trying to get a refund since 12th December and all my communication attempts via email, Facebook and Instagram have been ignored to date. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, as customer service is completely non existent to them. They'll simply just ignore you and keep your money. In this instance it's cost me £60 for products that never reached me.
Wonderful purchase for my hair!
This shampoo and conditioner have made my hair super shiny and a more vibrant colour as well as making it a wonderful, smooth but voluminous texture and making my hair grow faster than ever. Yes really.

I haven’t used the product yet so can’t comment, but there is lots of bad reviews about delivery.I ordered on the 30th and it came today. And there was two bank holiday between.

Hair is improving, is expensive for products.
I can definitely feel my hair getting thicker, only been using about a month. The spray is amazing. The hair mask i'm not to sure about and the shampoo and conditioner are quite good. Just need to purchase more products and keep using. I have PCOS and really been worried about my hair loss but using this product i can see a small difference so far less hair loss and more volume. I just need growth now. Only bad side is the price, i feel like the products could be a little cheaper.
Awful customer service!!
Ordered over a month ago, Royal Mail says they attempted delivery when they never did as I was in when they said they attempted. No option for redelivery or collection etc.
No help from Hairburst customer services, absolutely appalled.
From reading good reviews I was looking forward to using this shampoo and conditioner but I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
Awful customer service.

I never got my parcel with Hairburst…
I never got my parcel with Hairburst !!! I sent them 3 emails ! Asking about where is my order and they don’t even reply …. I got an message from Royal Mail saying my order will return to their depot… but I did paid 74£ and I haven’t got my money back …. And nobody from Hairburst want to respond !!! It is for sure the worst customer service !
